Fifth time’s the charm! I finally managed to 3D print part-holders and redesign and re-laser cut the chassis. It took a good long while… but here’s what it looks like all put together!

Actually, it looks a lot taller than it is in this pic. It’s pretty compact (or as much as I could get it with these parts).
Here’s are pictures of the CAD chassis model:
So this is the bottom plate of the chassis. The one issue here is the hole-alignment for the top pair of battery holders.
This is the second, smaller plate of the chassis. It’s shown above the top plate so that you can see where everything lines up. There were no real issues here :).
